palmettoI’ve just returned from a marvelous visit with the Palmetto Quilt Guild on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. What a fun, friendly and talented guild!  I had a blast with them.

The guild has their meetings on Hilton Head Island. It is a  beautiful place. While I was there, it rained most of the time. However, I was able to get some photos between rain showers.

I love the photos, but they do not show the 30+ mph wind or the threat of rain. The wind did make for some beautiful waves!

The wind also made some interesting designs in the sand.

Take time to remember our fallen heroes.  Thank you to all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice to keep America free.

I’ve been creating in EQ8 and LOVE this feature. . . you can see more than one quilt or block at a time in the Sketchbook. In fact, I can determine how many I can see. Love this! #EQ8 EQ8 is coming soon! So excited, so many new features!
